We place a big emphasis on sports here in St. Patrick's Senior National School. We believe that sport is benefical to students for their health, wellbeing, socialising, and promoting important values and attributes.
We are located right in the middle of Skerries, right beside Skerries Harps GAA club and Skerries Community Centre. Due to our location we have access to gaa/soccer pitches, tennis courts, basketball courts and the hockey pitches here in Skerries. During the school year we promote many sports including Gaelic football, Hurling, Camogie, Soccer, Basketball, Tennis, Rugby, Athletics and more. Our main school teams which take part in inter school leagues annually are; Gaelic Football, Hurling, Camogie, Soccer, Athletics and Cricket.
