To apply to enrol in St. Patrick's SNS please fill out the 'Online Enrolement Application Form' above. If you would rather a 'hardcopy' application form, please print out the pdf form above, complete it, and this can be returned to the office by hand, post or email. Submitting this form does not mean your son/daughter is enroled in St. Patrick's SNS, just that they have registered an application. We will be in touch regarding the status of thier application. If your son or daughter is currently in the Junior School, they are automatically given a place in the Senior School but you still must complete an enrolment form. On the 'Online Application Form' you will be asked to select which class they are currently in, please ensure to select their current teacher in 2nd class.
